Responsibilities
- Enterprise Technology: Apply in-depth knowledge of enterprise technology trends, standards, and best practices.
- GenAI and AI: Explore and integrate GenAI and AI technologies into enterprise solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Multi Agent Architecture: Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions leveraging Multi Agent Architecture principles.
- Network Systems: Demonstrate expertise in network systems, including infrastructure, protocols, and security.
- Solution Architecture: Architect end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise workflows, leveraging GenAI and AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and expertise on emerging technologies like GenAI and AI.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Proven experience with Multi Agent Architecture.
- Strong understanding of network systems and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
- Deep knowledge of enterprise technology landscapes and industry trends.
- Experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions.
- Understanding of GenAI and AI technologies and their potential applications in enterprise settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for thought leadership and a desire to contribute to industry discussions.
Core Technical Skills:
- GenAI and AI: Understanding of generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Stable Diffusion), machine learning algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Multi-Agent Systems: Knowledge of MAA concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., AutoGen, Crew.ai, LangGraph).
- Telecom-Specific Technologies: Experience with telecom-specific technologies like SDN, NFV, and IoT.
- Enterprise Technology: Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python) for scripting, automation, or prototyping.
- Data Management: Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Graph), data warehousing, and data analytics tools.
- DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in the Telecom industry (preferred).
